Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding, has been said to be a great way of helping manage stress. Engaging both the mind and hands can be very calming. Each vOUCHer has been designed to be folded into an envelope. You can follow the instructions in the video below:

Follow the guide above and step by step you can fold your vOUCHer into an envelope.
The black dotted line in each image is the place you need to fold along. The solid red line is the starting point of that edge of the paper and the orange line is where that red edge needs to end up after being folded.
The video is a demonstration of how to fold the vOUCHer into an envelope to keep it a secret and personal between you and the person you are giving it to.

Each book has 24 vOUCHers that can be used to get the emotional support you may need. There are 12 different types of vOUCHers and the book has 2 of each.
Before each vOUCHer there is a short description of how the support being requested from a vOUCHer may be able to help.
Whether or not you have received the support you needed from the vOUCHer, you may feel you need some extra support. In the book, we list some organisations you may find helpful.
